Heat the oven to 425°F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk together the dry ingredients.
Stir in the oil and water.
Roll the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface.
Use cutters to create shapes and transfer them to the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the shapes with water and sprinkle with the black sesame seeds.
Poke holes in each shape with a fork.
Bake for 13 minutes.
Transfer to a baking rack and let cool completely.
