Peel and dice the onion and kohlrabi.

Peel and core the apples. Cut into pieces.

Heat the oil in a pan.

Sauté the onions until transparent.

Add the kohlrabi and apple. Cook, stirring for 3 minutes.

Add the vegetable stock and bring to a boil.

Turn the heat down to low. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.

Puree the soup with a hand blender.

Add the cream and horseradish. Bring to a boil.

Season with salt, and pepper.

Transfer to bowls and serve.
