Mulled Wine Hot Chocolate

dark chocolate

Heat the red wine and port wine over a low heat in a saucepan.

Add the spices and sugar. Let it steep for about 15 minutes.

Heat the milk separately. Roughly chop the chocolate, and melt it in the milk.

Slowly pour the red wine mixture through a sieve into the chocolate milk. Stir to combine.

Pour the mixture evenly into four cups.

Garnish with cinnamon sticks and serve.
