Juice the orange half, Core the apple and cut into quarters. Cut each quarter into thin slices.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Sear the turkey breasts on both sides. If all the turkey pieces do not fit in the pot at once, sear them in batches. Add all the turkey back into the pot before the next step.
Add the apple juice and raisins to the pan and simmer over a low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the orange juice, apple slices, and the apple brandy to the pan.
Stir to combine the apples. Cook over a low heat for another 5 minutes.
Add the peppercorns to the pan. Cook for another 2 minutes.
