Cut the crust off of the bread slices.

Use a rolling pin to flatten them out and cut each in half.

In a second shallow dish whisk together the sugar and cinnamon

Spread each bread slice with a layer of cream cheese.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the top.

Arrange a line of berries on top, then roll the berries up into each slice forming a cylinder.

Pinch the seams to seal each.

In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk

Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Dredge the rolls in the egg mixture and place in the pan.

Cook until golden brown.

Transfer four rolls each to four plates, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Garnish with extra berries and serve with maple syrup
