Red Wine Sage Salt

finely chopped fresh sage

coarse sea salt

Preheat the oven to 170F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Mix the red wine, sage, and salt.

Spread it out and spread on the baking sheet. If the sage is clumping together, move it around with your fingers to distribute it evenly.

Leave to dry in the oven for approx. 3 hours. Use a wooden spoon to prop the door open.

Remove from oven and let cool overnight.

Seal in a lidded jar and store in a cool, dry and dark place.
