Zucchini Lemon Dill Fritters With Lemon Feta Dip
Ingredients
Feta Dip:
- 1 lemon
- 4 oz crumbled feta
- 1/4 cup water
- salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
Fritters:
- 1+1/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 2 medium-sized zucchini
- 1/4 cup chopped dill
- olive oil
Instructions
Dip:

Juice and zest the lemon.

Puree the feta, lemon zest, and water.

Season with salt & pepper to taste, Chill.
Fritters:
