The Recipe:
So let’s get back to this Pork in Cheesy Onion Cream recipe. This dish is so simple to create, to say the title takes longer than to create it. Well, not really. However, it’s super quick and easy to create. Firstly, season and fry the cutlets in butter on both sides.
Transfer the cooked cutlets to a casserole dish and cover to keep warm. Add sliced onion rings to the pan. Fry them in the pork drippings until golden brown.
Add the onions to the casserole dish with the pork. Then, whisk together heavy cream, sour cream, white wine, vegetable stock, and chopped garlic. Pour over the onions and pork. Lastly, sprinkle grated gouda cheese over the top and bake for 20 minutes. Done. Serve right from the casserole dish.

Sounds fabulous! And I’m not really into pork anything BUT THIS i would make!
I’m not sure which is more appealing, the recipe or the casserole dish. I’ll definitely be trying the pork dish this week!
This looks so good! I can’t wait to make it for my family.
This recipe looks and sounds divine, I love onions and gouda cheese so it’s definitely going on my list to try.
This recipe looks so delicious. I enjoy eating pork, but not cooking it – I just haven’t had success. I will definitely add this to my bookmarks to try soon.
We eat a lot of casseroles in our house. They are a great way to clear ingredients from the freezer and cupboards. We usually choose a meat that we have, a cream soup, then just go crazy adding whatever veggies and other things we have laying around. It is hard to make a bad one.
