This 8 Earth-Friendly Travel Products post was inspired by my OTP (Obsessive Trip Planning). Every January, I plot out exciting destinations to visit in a spanking brand new year. Instead of resolutions, I make a list of dream travel trips to make happen in the new year.
My travel schedules include everything from traipsing through small European villages and cities to scuba diving in remote parts of the earth to spontaneous girls’ trips.
I’ve traveled to over 65 countries. Every year I challenge myself to add a few new ones to my list.
Consequently, I am always on the lookout for accessories and products that are not only useful but also tread lightly on the planet.
Below is a round up of some great finds. These 8 Earth-Friendly Travel Products can make your trip more comfortable. Additionally, they are low impact on the environment.

Finally
This is is not exactly a travel product but it involved travel and is earth friendly. If like me, you are a scuba diving junkie or just love all things ocean related, this idea for a final resting place is intriguing. Having my ashes mixed into a structure that would help grow a reef is a useful idea I can get behind.
An Eternal Reef is a designed reef made of environmentally-safe cast concrete. It creates new marine habitats for fish and other forms of sea life. Eternal Reefs incorporate created remains into an environmentally-safe cement mixture. These are designed to create artificial reef formations. The Eternal Reefs are then placed in the permitted ocean location selected by the individual, friend or family member.
