Mustard Roast Chicken over Pretzel Knödel
Ingredients
- 1 5 lbs chicken cut in half
- Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup Bavarian-style mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 6 frozen pretzels
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
Instructions
