Cheese Fondue Sirloin Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized baguette
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb sliced or cubed sirloin
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1+3/4 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded Emmenthaler
- 1 cup shredded Gruyere
- 1 cup chopped Camembert (without rind)
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease an 8" x 10" casserole dish.

Slice the baguettes and line the dish with the baguette pieces. Set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet.

Sear the sirloin on all sides. Remove from heat.

Add the butter to the skillet. When the butter is bubbling, quickly Stir in the flour, thickening the mixture.
