- 2 shots Mezcal
- 2 shots Midori
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno syrup
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice

Ingredients
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions

De-stem and de-seed the peppers.

Cut the ribs out and chop into pieces

Place the peppers in a saucepan with the sugar and water.

Bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to low.
