Ingredients

• 2 shots coconut rum
• 2 shots pomegranate liqueur
• 1/2 shots pomegranate juice
• 1/2 shots coconut water
• 1+ 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
• Shredded coconut and pomegranate arils for garnish*

Instructions

1. Fill 2 glasses with ice
2. Shake all liquid ingredients together in a cocktail shaker.
3. Pour over ice.
4. Garnish with shredded coconut and pomegranate arils and serve.

Recipe Notes

*To garnish the glasses - Coat the glass rims with simple syrup and roll in coconut flakes.
