  • 8 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 10 ramps washed & bulbs trimmed & chopped
  • 1/2 preserved lemon finely chopped
  • 1 large shallot minced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt & freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine eggs, ramps, reserved lemon & shallot.

  2. Mix in the mayonnaise
