Puff pastry strips are meticulously formed into adorable carrot shapes. Each one carefully envelops a baking metal cone. Then, they are filled with a delightful mixture of cream cheese, chive, and horseradish. Throw these ingredients into a food processor. In under a minute, you will have a delicious filling. This is a harmonious blend of creamy goodness with a subtle kick of flavor. With every bite, you’ll experience creamy perfection that perfectly complements the tender flakiness of the pastry.
The Garnish:
The finishing touch is the garnish. Vibrant parsley stalks adorn the wider end of each carrot. This mimics the foliage of a freshly plucked carrot from the garden. Fresh parsley adds a pop of color. Furthermore, it enhances the overall presentation.
