Turkey Goulash with Stuffing Dumplings
Ingredients
- 1 large sweet onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 1+1/2 -2 lbs leftover turkey meat
- 2 carrots
- 2 tbsp sweet or hot paprika or a mix of both
- 1 cup dark beer
- 2+1/2 cups turkey or chicken stock
- Kosher salt & freshly ground pepper
- Leftover stuffing
Instructions
